Our Installation & Material Warranty – Clear, Honest, Lifetime Protection

At Kiss Carpet Design Center, we stand behind every floor we sell and every installation we arrange — for as long as you own your home.

Lifetime Residential Carpet Installation Warranty

Kiss Carpet guarantees our labor for as long as you own the product (provided the flooring remains installed in its original location and the home is still occupied by the original purchaser).

This warranty covers residential (non-commercial) installation of new carpet or resilient flooring purchased from Kiss Carpet and installed by the certified installation experts we arrange, using either Kiss Carpet underlayment or proper direct-glue methods.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, flooding, fire, improper cleaning methods, customer-performed repairs, or removal/re-installation for wiring, cable, plumbing, etc. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered.

1-Year Commercial Installation Warranty

Commercial installations receive a full 1-year labor warranty under the same conditions listed above.

Resilient Flooring (LVP, sheet vinyl, etc.) Labor Warranty

We guarantee labor on resilient flooring for as long as you own the product when the flooring is purchased from Kiss Carpet and installed by our certified installers over Kiss Carpet-supplied underlayment or directly glued to the subfloor. This warranty does not apply when resilient flooring is installed over customer-installed underlayment or customer-prepared substrate.

Exclusions: abuse, flooding, improper maintenance, foundation settling, subfloor movement, or consequential/incidental damages.

Material Warranty

All manufacturer material warranties (stain, wear, fade, etc.) are passed through exactly as provided by the manufacturer. Kiss Carpet does not alter or extend manufacturer warranties. We will gladly assist you with any legitimate manufacturer claim at no charge.

If the exact product is no longer available (discontinued, close-out, special purchase, etc.), you may select a replacement of equal or comparable value. Cash refunds are not provided under manufacturer replacement policies.
