All 3 showrooms have Sales & Design Leader positions available!  No experience is necessary but excellent drive and work ethic are necessary.
High volume showrooms with a huge variety of high-end floor covering.  You must provide some of the best client service ever experienced to be considered for these positions.
We have found that the average Sales & Design Leader professionals in these showrooms can expect to make between $50-60k or more.

However, we are not looking for average. These positions do not require any previous floor covering experience. We’ll teach you everything you need to know; you just bring your best service skills and a thirst for success.
Top-earning senior Sales & Design Leaders can expect to earn $80k+ at Kiss Carpet Design Center.

Kiss Carpet opened in Mancelona in March of 1986. That location has expanded three times to meet the growing needs of its clients.  People used to ask Ken why he opened a flooring store in the middle of nowhere. His answer? “It’s the middle of everywhere!” 40 years later, we have thriving showrooms in Mancelona, Harbor Springs, and Traverse City.

Jason did a fabulous job with the extensive installation of our carpeting.  He discovered some "house problems" along the way, which we were quickly able to remedy and would not have known about if not for Jason. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because we ordered our carpeting mid-summer 2025, but unable to have it installed till this May 2026 due to a shortage of installers. Kiss Carpet did an amazing job replacing carpet in 12 different condos at Pinnacle Place in Glen Arbor. It was quite an undertaking to coordinate this activity during just a two week timeframe, but in working closely with Kiss on logistics we were able to pull it off famously!
