*Residential Installation Warranty
Kiss Carpet guarantees our labor for as long as you own the product (as long as the product remains installed and the residence is occupied by the original purchaser). This warranty applies to residential (non-commercial) installation of new floor covering purchased from Kiss Carpet and installed by an installation expert, arranged by Kiss Carpet, over Kiss Carpet underlayment, or directly glued to your floor.
This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, improper cleaning, or by your own repairs or removal of floor covering to install stereo wires, cable, phone wires, etc. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation services are not covered by this warranty.

Resilient Flooring
Kiss Carpet guarantees labor for as long as you own the product. This warranty applies to residential (non-commercial) installation of resilient flooring purchased from Kiss Carpet and installed by an installation expert supplied by Kiss Carpet over Kiss Carpet underlayment, or directly glued to your floors. This warranty does not apply to installation of resilient flooring installed over underlayment you have installed or substrate you have prepared.
This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, improper maintenance, foundation settling or sub floor movement. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation services are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty on Material
All warranties on material are strictly held by the manufacturer. Kiss Carpet will assist in making any claims. In such cases where replacement is necessary and your floor covering is not available for any reason (such as, but not limited to, discontinued, close outs, drop patterns, one of a kind, or because of special pricing), you may select another product at comparable price of the original purchase. No refunds.
